GODLESS RISING: In Writing Mode

January 19, 2008

Moribund recently reissued GODLESS RISING's debut album, "Rising Hatred", with two bonus tracks and reconfigured artwork.

Commented GODLESS RISING vocalist Jeff Gruslin (ex-VITAL REMAINS): "New material is in the process of being written and finished for the next studio release, as of yet untitled, for Moribund. We will have a load of extra written material and cover songs during this recording session. Myself and Toby Knapp are writing the entire new album with some input from Darrel Creel on guitars, as well. Toby Knapp will handle all lead guitars, rhythm guitar, and bass for this new release. Playing drums on the new album is an unknown metalhead [named] Tom 'The Grizzly' Deluc. Hopefully, we can hit the road in the spring/summer to spread our plague of hate."

GODLESS RISING is planning to release a live DVD this year, featuring footage from the band's last U.S. tour.
